ChargeState has a built-in Contact / Support form under Diagnostics. It's the best route because it can include your app version and device details automatically — the things we'd otherwise have to ask you for.

Write to support@chargestate.app. If you can, mention your iPhone model, iOS version, and which OBD adapter you're using.

Good things to include

• What you expected to see, and what the app showed instead
• Whether the truck was driving, parked, or charging at the time
• Your adapter model (e.g. Vgate vLinker MC+)
